I saw Bill Cash, Patrick Cormack, Christopher Gill there...also Glyn Davies, who stood against Lembit Opek over the border. He seemed to be the only Welsh person there.

Llanyblodwell sounds as Welsh as anywhere else, but is in England just.


Fine words from Owen Paterson concerning the great and sadly missed John Biffen.

I met Mr Paterson for the first time a few weeks back and he's a fantastic MP and Northern Ireland spokesman. So I can imagine how well he will have delivered these words at the funeral.
