Grammar School Play Buries The News Nicely

The political airwaves are filled with the non-news about david Cameron's non-educational policy yet again.  So what are the stories they are keeping out, using this as a news blanket?

The primary one is the Labour's Deputy Leadership battle, about to be won by Hilary Benn.  The last thing Gordon Brown wants is his deputy having the legitimacy of being elected while he's allowed to stroll in without a vote.  So that whole story is buried nicely by running Cameron's grammar school play.

To that you might add Britain's attacks on Russia requesting the extradition of Litvinenko's murderer.  No mention again of the fact that Litvinenko had made a video exposing the full list of the FSB's agents in Europe, with Mario Scaramella.  He was the Italian who they tried to frame for a week, to destroy his credibility, so the penetration of the EU by the FSB story was buried.

Romano Prodi, the head of the EU Commission and Italian PM was the KGB's top agent in Europe, according to Litvinenko.  No wonder he's dead, and no wonder the media don't mention any of his revelations.

OK, back to grammar schools......
